In working with building and designing food carts in Portland, OR I decided that it would be a good resource to have a culmination of all of the knowledge that I collected about the whole process and the food cart scene in the city. I decided to present this information in a more entertaining way which revitalizes something from many of our childhoods, the Choose Your Own Adventure book!
